It got so bad, I found myself in tears during showers, staring at the clumps of hair piling up with every brush, every rinse. I used to have thick, luscious hair that felt like silk, but after having my last little ones... things changed.

Two years after the birth of my daughter, Mia, I started noticing my hair falling out. At first, it was small amounts—nothing alarming. Around the same time, Mia was diagnosed with a heart condition that required surgery, so I assumed the hair loss was from the stress of it all.
